Due to the new Government guidelines classes are limited to groups of six and start outside in the Garden from 29 March 2021.
VBG Wellbeing Class participants will be spaced safely apart, outside in the New Zealand Garden.
Qigong is a gentle exercise composed of a series of movements repeated a number of times, promoting the relief or prevention of chronic health problems.
Qigong can help poor circulation, nerve pain, back and joint stiffness. Practising Qigoing regularly provides inner tranquillity to help manage stress, anger and depression.
Join us in the Garden every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 12pm – 1pm.
Due to the nature of the restrictions, you will need to book directly with the teacher.
