Event Details

This class is a slow pace fusion of several yoga styles with a focus on core strength and spinal mobility created by Helena Biggs after years of performance, dance, yoga and fitness training. She includes Hatha still postures and short Vinyasa flow sections. The 60 minute class closes with Yin based passive stretches and total relaxation.

£10 per session or a book of 10 classes for £85.
