Serenity sound healing gong bath

Sound Healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body and mind of a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health.

Here we shall share our love of sound healing and journeys with gongs, singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, bells, voices and other world instruments, helping others in their own healing on all levels both on a 1-2-1 basis with individuals and also with groups and in an intuitive way and showing the wonder of using sounds for healing.
