A talk by Rachael Graham PhD, researcher at Southampton University and at the Natural History Museum, offering an introduction to the genus Echium in the Canary Islands and the role of islands in evolutionary research under the title “The Extraordinary Diversity of Island Echium Species”.
The talk will take placde in the Echium Room at Ventnor Botanic Garden from 7pm. There is a suggested donation of £5 per person and The Plantation Room Cafe will be open for drinks before and after the talk until 8.30 pm.
