Cajun Pear & Pineapple Salsa



A rustic, mildly sweet relish with a bit of a kick that can lighten up poultry or meat dishes or it can even be used as an accompaniment for a cheese board.

Ingredients: Pears “William”, Pineapples, Julia Florista White Wine, Brown Sugar, Coriander, Star Anise, Cajun Powder.
