Using our yearly supply of crab pears our Head Chef, Brad Roe, has married them with a unique Chinese lemon called an Ichanga lemon. The syrup is created using a natural reduction that results in a sweet citrus flavour and provides a great, zesty wake-up aroma, particularly if put on your morning granola or pancakes. It also wakes up a well-deserved gin & tonic!
