UPCOMING WELLBEING SESSIONS
The Wellbeing experience at VBG is designed to help you feel better in mind and body. We host weekly sessions for physical movement including yoga and tai chi; as well as sessions for promoting inner-calm including Reiki, painting and music lessons.
In addition to the weekly sessions, we welcome experts from across the Island and beyond to run special guest sessions such as Sound Healing with Gong Baths and our ‘Hygeia’ Lectures featuring various health and wellbeing subjects.
