The Wellbeing Experience at Ventnor Botanic Garden is designed to create a unique, wholesome and healing experience among the stunningly beautiful backdrop of Britain’s Hottest Garden.
Come and join us for one, or more, of our weekly scheduled classes or workshops either in our beautiful purpose built studio or in The Garden amongst the trees. We then invite you to continue your journey, to relax and unwind in the peace and tranquillity of the Garden and take your time to make your way to our edulis restaurant to eat the freshest, healthiest meal full of produce grown right here at The Garden and throughout the Isle of Wight.

Designed as an immersion of Ashtanga-style practice and MUST be incorporated with Fun, Laughter and Endurance, this class is suitable for everyone with an open mind and a smiley face. Having the garden as a backdrop, nothing compares to the combination of nature, yoga and (simply!) breathing. We invite you to take a break from the buzz of everyday life and instead have fun on a Saturday morning in this nourishing practice. See you on the mat!
Encompassing the ability to connect with people, teaching was a natural route after completing Ashtanga teacher’s training in 2010. Since then, continuous professional development is a big part of Shennon’s reflection and evaluation of her own practice and that reflects in the enthusiasm she exudes in class.

Shennon’s 90 minutes practice is what one would describe as challenging but rewarding. Designed as an immersion of Ashtanga-style practice and MUST be incorporated with Fun, Laughter and Endurance, this class is suitable for everyone with an open mind and a smiley face. Having the garden as a backdrop, nothing compares to the combination of nature, yoga and (simply!) breathing. We invite you to take a break from the buzz of everyday life and instead have fun on a Saturday morning in this nourishing practice. See you on the mat!
Encompassing the ability to connect with people, teaching was a natural route after completing Ashtanga teacher’s training in 2010. Since then, continuous professional development is a big part of Shennon’s reflection and evaluation of her own practice and that reflects in the enthusiasm she exudes in class.
Shennon’s Yoga course is quite involved and not suitable for beginners.
