The Unfurling Series: Gong & Sound Baths: a curated, nature-inspired and progressive Gong & Sound Bath, designed for the Botanical Gardens.
Seeding – Gently settling and deeply grounded. This session creates space for stillness, allowing new intentions to take root with ease.
You’ll experience an immersive & nourishing Sound Bath with Gongs, Crystal Bowls, Singing Bowls, Chimes & percussion.
Bring your mat, blankets, pillows & eye mask for ultimate comfort.
Age 14+. Not suitable for those with Pacemakers, Seizures or in Pregnancy (see website for full details).
