Please note, as we move away from COVID restrictions, we have decided to continue with our preferred use of card machines for all payments on-site. Contactless payments help to keep our staff and other guests, safe.

You do not need to pre-book your garden entry. You can buy tickets at the door, but you may like to buy your tickets online.

Admission DAY Passes

Every full price Day ticket includes a non- transferable return visit, with free parking within 7 days.

To claim  your FREE return visit, please sign your till receipt at time of purchase and re-present  it with your QR code vouchers.

* We can provide a free  Carers Pass to accompany a disabled person to enter the Garden, available from the onsite ticket desk only ( not available online)

To issue a carers ticket we need to see any of the relevant paperwork options on arrival from the list below;

A Disability Living Allowance or attendance Allowancee  award letter ( dated within 12 months)

A Personal Independance payment letter ( dated within 12 months )

A current and valid Blue Badge

Parking

Parking is included in the admission price to the Garden. An ANPR camera system is in use, please see a member of our team upon admission to register your car using our tablets.

This also applies to Disabled Customers who might normally display  a Blue Badge, as these cannot be detected by the ANPR cameras so please remember to enter your registration at the till point.

Looking for parking close to the coastal path and Steephill Cove? Utilise our car park for £5 a day and take a walk down to Steephill Cove or along the Coastal path via Love Lane.

ACCESSIBILITY

The garden is fully accessible with a wheelchair-friendly non-step route.

Ventnor Botanic Garden is a dog-friendly site. We ask that all dogs are kept on a lead.
