Admission Prices for Educational Visits
VBG Specialist Led Groups*

* Each VBG Specialist Led Visits (as outlined in the Programmes Document) has a different cost, a final cost can be provided when the Booking Request Form has been completed.
Accompanying adults are free within the following supervision ratios
1 adult to 3 children aged 3 – 5
1 adult to 5 children at Key Stage 1
1 adult to 8 children at Key Stage 2
1 adult to 10 children at Key Stage 3, 4, and above
Additional adults will be charged the concessionary rate of £4.00
N.B.Students remain the responsibility of their own leader, and should be supervised at all times on site.
If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the confirmed date, you will lose your deposit. If cancellation is made in less than 48 working hours of the scheduled visit then you will be charged the full cost of your visit.
Teachers and School staff will need to familiarise themselves with the Risk Assessment Form when making a booking. This form will then need to be completed, signed and returned before the Educational Visit can be confirmed.

The Garden is accessible for wheelchairs in most areas, however owing to the nature of the site there are steep paths that may not be suitable for all wheelchair users and their helpers. Please advise us of any details when making a booking.
Fully equipped first aid kits are available in the Nammet Room, Office, Gift Shop and edulis Restaurant. Mobile first aid kits are located on the tractors. Teaching staff will carry first aid kits with them at all times.
Please contact the Ventnor Botanic Garden in the event of severe weather conditions, before leaving your school.
