Are you inspired by nature? Passionate about the environment? Concerned about climate change? Do you want to share your love of plants and increase your skillset and botanical knowledge – all whilst helping to create a world-class botanic Garden that contributes to our understanding of the natural world?
Ventnor Botanic Garden is a little different. It’s more than just a ‘garden’. It’s a collection of plantings presented as landscapes or portraits of ecosystems. We show plants as they would be seen in their native, wild environments. This is called landscape immersion. Our subtropical and exotic plant collection is unrivalled. Plants that should be found in protective glasshouses thrive and naturalise out of doors thanks to our mild climate and sheltered setting.
We are always on the lookout to expand our talented and enthusiastic team
